For twenty–six years, Pat has led the very active and successful Sedlock Commercial Real Estate brokerage that serves Kansas and Missouri.
She has served as a commissioner, director or trustee on the boards of Kansas City Kansas Planning and Zoning Commission, Kansas City Kansas Area Chamber of Commerce, USD #500 Board of Education, Civic Coalition, YWCA of Greater Kansas City, Boys and Girls Club, Council of Clubs, Friends of the Arts, Friends of Grinter Museum, Commercial Brokers.
Association, Johnson County Commercial Division, Presbyterian Manor and CASA.
Sedlock has been especially active in civic and charitable activities in Kansas, including everything from leading a Camp Fire Girls group to running for Mayor in 1979 to being invited to meet with President George Bush in August 2001.
With 3 years of construction engineering experience Cherise Sedlock joined Pat Sedlock Commercial Real Estate in 1982.
With a love of helping others and a “work hard, common sense approach” Cherise has been helping buyers and sellers make sound commercial real estate choices since 1982. While the bulk of her business is in the brokerage and assemblage of land for development, Cherise considers herself a commercial real estate generalist working with clients on a variety of acquisitions and dispositions. Her clients include developers; trust departments, churches and institutional users as well as families with commercial real estate needs.
